Again, this is a really easy one. You can experiment a lot with it and use it on many, many graphics. We start out with this picture:



Now duplicate the layer. Select the duplicate and set it to "Screen".



Create a new layer. Fill it with black (#000000). Go to: Filters -> Texture -> Grain. Select the Grain Type "Vertical" and play around with Intensity (100) and Contrast (27). Those were the ones I used. Set this layer to "Overlay".



Now create a fourth layer on top of all those and fill it with a brownish color. I used #64442A. Set this layer to color and here's what you get:
